Questions people ask

Will I lose my photos and data?

Screen, battery and port repairs don't touch your data. For water damage and board repairs we'll tell you the risk first. Back up if you can, and we'll help you do it if you can't.

Are your pre-owned iPhones any good?

Each one goes through a full check of screen, battery health, cameras, Face ID, speakers and network before it goes on sale. Battery health is listed on every pre-owned phone, and they come with a 30-day warranty.

How do I check on my repair?

Enter your ticket number and phone number on the track a repair page. We update it as your phone moves through the workshop.

How do I pay?

Online, you can pay with mobile money or card through Paystack, or send your order on WhatsApp and pay when we confirm. In store we take cash, card and mobile money.

Do you deliver?

Yes, same or next day within Accra for GH₵ 30. You can also choose free pickup from the shop at checkout.
